There is a teleport "New Switzerland" located at (26320,60876) accompanied by a full service terminal. The Land area terminal is located @ (26215, 61018) where you can select each segment of the LA manually to register for events.

I'm slightly confused, argos have no stalker, do you mean leader? Basically, are the DNA's at maxed out maturity?? I have been looking for a place to do the bronze argo mission but can't take anything above hunter (and 50% of the time I die on those..) Ty for info.
