Rippersnapper(s) vanishing in thin air

After a while (a) rippersnapper(s) seem to de-spawn.
Seen it happen a couple of times while standing on the shore watching the fish, suddenly poof, gone!

true , same with other mobs , they despawn then reappears at same spot over and over again

But the most anoying thing is the new respawn beside u when u are out mining.
Specially big atraxes do seems to like that , Guess if they Loot .lol NOT

it clearly means that MA/FPC believes in evolution and that rippersnapper became an atrox.
