I guess I'm now looking at advice item been virgin to any enhancers up to this point and it's currently approx 78 peds TT value remaining.

Its has very good stats for further tiers, teir 8 is not sitting so well at 700+ thereafter levels above 2k teiring capability.

Should I apply a load of economy enhancers ?
or
save this one for a rainy day, perahaps when I have similar Rutuba pieces to same standard?

Probably save for a rainy day.

If funds permit, try get a set of Rutuba up to or around T6 with around the same TT.
