You might be able to cut down on expenses by getting rid of the ghost. Something like unplated gremlin or gnome + 5b would work well.

Satans... thats normal by Atrox!

I hunt in Knightset with Korss400(L)+a105 Atrox at Jura Plateu... and have the same problem: big diffrence between Investment and Return. I catch at first run a nice global of 177ped but after I have 2 runs with loose between 90 and 100 ped...:mad: and I loose all what I have!

but still, such high losses are jusr ridiculous..
I understand that I pay for my entertainment... but loosing everything I depo, is not entertainment at all..
Reminds me of slot-machines at vegas..

Shogun is a nice armor on small trox. And put on some plates if still in need of alot of faping.

Tried some hunting on them with korss400+A104 but for me that is to small dmg/sec on those regen mobs. To much shooting less looting. Just my opinion.

Your armor setup is LEAKING unwanted PEDS (PEDS you shouldnt be leaking) to MA. For 15k ammo, and 18ped armor decay? You cant be serious :scratch2:

I remember when i was camping atrox, i probably used an un-eco setup myself, but i was blasting 25k ammo per run, and paying 17ped + plate decay in gremlin + 5b.

Trying using Shogun + 5b for small troxies. Alter your equipment until you start seeing more green. Instead of capping your ammo off to 15k, try killing your amp (as in decay it totally and that hunt is finished - repair, restock, hunt again). You will get a better overview on your return on investment using this method.

Should sit at around 80-85% for troxies.

have you (or anyone else) calculated the time per hunt and compared it with MA's statement of $1 per hour of play vs your losses?

A 5 hour hunt should cost you 50 ped ($5 at $1 per hour)

Also, keep in mind that MA takes $1 PER HOUR of online time, so 12 hours online per day means you owe them 120 ped per day, weather you spent that time doing a profession or if it were spent chatting.

This means that if you spend 12 hours per day, each month you "owe" MA 3600 PED ($360) per month!

12 hours = 10 ped * 12 hours = 120 ped per day
120 ped per day * 30 Days = 3600 ped for MA FEE

Did you notice, that I use HG ? :rolleyes: I don't have good tagging wep, so usualy even when tagging, two troxes run right at me. And sometimes guardians spawn behind me...
With korss h400 low DPS VS trox regen, it takes ~40sec to kill one trox.
In that time, other trox can make some nice decay on my armor.
So yeah, gremlin + 5b would be more eco than ghost alone... :)

p.s
I'm always burning my amp till end.
150ped ammo on a103 is enough (not counting that ammo you usualy loot from mobs)

I would say 10$ in 2 hours for me ...

I also am a hand gun user, and when i was using my imp korss on trox (without a tagger) i was not leaking so much decay like that. Korss can handle upto a106 try getting your hands on one if possible to see if it helps your return a bit more.

Edit: Let me just say stick to feffoids!!! (cheaper to kill, less armor decay, miss a lot, have more markup)

105 & 106 amp's are a bit TOO expensive for me :laugh:

the advice here is good, any cheap L carbine/rifle for tagging could save you on decay, your armour protects you too much so you dont notice your in trouble cause you have a bunch of trox on you.

i also think your weapons damage/sec is much too low for atrox.
I personally dont hunt anything unless i take the ammo to kill at least a 100, preferably for more than 1 hours hunt, this way i find my returns are more even.
in the case of atrox your then talking about 400-500 ped ammo per run AT least :)

i love the korss h400/breer P5a and skilled up to coolness and close to wounding with them, but i would never hunt atrox with them.

But camping them 24/7 gives bad returns... so now I'm doing only 3-4 runs on them per day

Well i camped them for 60 broken amps, 93.7% ROI :yay: nice mob for me!
