I will not let Aura resign over this, this is not warranted. Everyone at ABE wants Aura stay and I fully support this.

The next time somebody teases Aura she will however not do that person the favor to respond. Instead, whoever does the teasing will have to deal with me.

This seals the deal for me. I was formerly intrigued and entertained the idea of investing in ACS. No more. Aside from the fact that Aura was ridiculing investers (regardless of the small investment), Anshe stands firm in fully supporting this action. Then she doesn't even allow for thoughts to the contrary to be posted by closing the thread. Fantastic way of doing business. Forget all the small folk that helped you get where you are, AND ridicule them in the process. Oh yeah, don't forget to add that anyone that teases your employees will have to deal with you. Way to threaten them as well.

I came to the same conclusion from reading that thread. very badly handled.

If a moderator feels the need to close this thread, I would have no hard feelings. I was just venting my feelings, and realized this could be viewed as being in the wrong section. I've essentially copy/pasted my initial post to a blog so I wouldn't feel bad if this is removed.

you've read it wrong, totally. she's not at all saying that she supports what aura said.

she's saying she fully supports aura staying with the bank.

:dunce:

No employee of mine would be staying with my company should he/she ridicule an invester of my company.

Wheres the original thread so we can get the full picture? :dunno:

It's magically disappeared. I love the moderation in that sponsored forum. I wish I had taken screenshots. Maybe Quintus would care to elaborate.

One of Anshe's employees ended up in a fight with a costumer/investor and handed it very unprofessionaly. Like I thought, she did nothing wrong with telling everyone how much was invested by someone, she shouldn't have used the sarcastic tone though and start drama in public.

It happens, people learn. Big deal, move on! :scratch2:

Fair enough, Leafren. I'm just disappointed in business decisions is all. Yes, choosing and backing your employees constitutes business decisions. Sorry for venting my frustration here. I'll move along and handle it elsewhere.

that`s what happens when a total outsider is allowed to enter the universe with only the intention of fleecing the public , hated anshe in SL , hate anshe here . wouldnt do buisiness with in either world .
hey anshe , take your lindens back to lindenville , oh yeah , forgot , it`s going tit`s up .

oh, the ridicule was certainly wrong and unprofessional. had aura been a representitive of my company, I would have insisted she apologize and not in the sarcastic way that she did. that apology of her's would have earned her an instant dismissal.

the owner of a company is responsible for the actions of their employees. the behaviour of the employees reflect upon management. this is why companies have ethics policies.

as for intially doing something wrong, yes, it was wrong. in many countries, the top shareholders of a company (those owning say more than 10%) are required, by law, to be disclosed. there is a reason for that and it does not apply in this case. you cannot go to the exchange or a broker and ask to see who owns what stock and in what amounts. only the governemnt can do that and only for taxation purposes. any exchange which started releasing this information would immediately be under a barrage of criticism - much like what's happening now.

it doesn't matter that the money involved is trivial - it's an issue of trust. you see, anshe is flogging her fake, unsecured stocks and asking people to trust her and give her real money saying let's all play a little game. if her organisation is so flippant with little things like this then perhaps they are unethical with big things as well. you see how this trust thing works?

anshe's justification of this event is a joke. if any real company responded to a privacy issue in this manner the investment community would shun them. the last paragrah is particularly amusing as it's pretty much a guarantee to send in the people's liberation army to quell any discontent.

apologice on behalf of the compagny but protect your employee in public then take her out back and flock her... handling a buisness 101
