In a beautiful building
Right next to my front door

You can teleport to anywhere on Calypso for free
The teleport is right outside the building
It’s a great deal don’t you agree

P.S. 1200ped is the buyout price and not the opening bid or the current bid.

I had two offers of 700 ped

My Condo has 150 item points. Yes the Buyout is extremely high. However the opening bid of 710ped is not. As before I the apartment on this forum action two traders both offered me 700ped for the apartment after viewing it. The Apartment will go to the highest bidder at the time of midnight Sunday 4th March Entropia Universe time. So if you bid 710peds and no one else bids you will win the apartment.
 
Pictures of condo and view from balcony would help me evaluate wether i give a bid or not.

Also are condos the same size as an ”large apartment”?

The view from the balcony is linked on the second post in this thread. I cannot work out how to put pictures up in the forum. The Condo is Chikara Kanasha Condo 25D that means it is on the 25 floor and it has a great sea view. I suggest you go there. It is apartment D that means it has 1 large room and a balcony. Their are smaller apartments with no balcony and they are A,B,E and F apartments. However my apartment is not apartment G that has 2 rooms and a balcony.
