As the title suggests, the time has come for me to part ways with my beautiful mini shop.
I have used it for over 5 years for selling pills and it has done wonders for me.
Sadly i do not have the time any longer to deal with the daily restocking so i have come to a tough decision to finally let go of it.
Whoever has the time and will to put in the work, will no doubt enjoy its benefits, just restock regularly 1-2 times a day and you should be good.
The booth/shop is located directly at Nea's place TP, one of the best locations out there and very known for its pills stocks.
You can have maximum of 5 shopkeepers (20 item slots each) or 4 keepers with some decorations if you will, i leave that up to you
I will say i am not in a rush, so until someone serious has come along i will keep it for my self.
I am valuing the shop at 20k ped for the shop alone.
You can also grab the keepers if you want (5 total), but not mandatory, they can go separately. Those will be calculated at market price.
Will not sell the keepers before i sell the shop. Shop needs to go first or i will need to keep using them until the shop gets sold.
Sorry for the long post and anybody interested can catch me outside of game on discord as chances are we wont ever catch each other in game...

P.S. Just to be clear, you would not be buying the entire Nea's place land area.
You would only be buying a very small peace of it that has the ability to place keepers and sell items.
