I got it as soon as i reached Great Laser Sniper.

My skill levels were just past 4K on rifle, Marksmanship and LWT.

Grats to you! I'm working toward that as a Swordsman now, I crested 4.6k Longblade last night but still I'm only a Good Swordsman Professional Standing - one back of Great.

It's the stupid IMD holding me back, it's only just above 2k now.

Oh well, eventually I guess.

i was really anxious to unlock it, since people say that things get easier when you unlock it..

the best explanation there is so far is that it fills where other skills fail to work.

Also, some say it can help hoffing/globaling =) gotta be a believer!
