Hi,

I had some correspondence with FPC lately

For me its interresting, that if they really want such info, they ask just me in my support case and dont use client loader or such to get to other players.

Seems they dont know how many and what items dropped after the end at all.
Still daring to tell us it was SOME or A FEW items... gotcha!

Its not about getting the item back to MA/FPC
 
Yeah. yeah... Instead of turning on Skype and managing todays beer session, you sit in front of PC writing whining threads !

Do you people know that he looted Sala foots SGA? Bash him !!!
 
Excuse me for being a noob... but can someone explain to me what this SGA stuff is about? I realize that it stands for Second Golden Age, but beyond that I have no idea what it all means. :scratch2:

I see I was a bit too quick in replying. It sounds like it was intended that the straggler items were present. It was not. FPC shut down SGA at the correct time and I am currently investigating why these few items were left in the loot system and how MindArk (who have sole control of the loot blackbox) can make sure the same things doesn't happen again in the future.

During the SGA event. Players were able to loot SGA versions of most items in the universe that had slightly different stats than the originals. IE SGA Pixie shin guards, SGA Mod merc etc etc :)

Me too for sure :) Especially I like the fact they still stress it was: Few, some etc. when it is clear THEY DONT HAVE A CLUE OF WHAT AMMOUNT OF WHAT ITEMS DROPPED.
 
SGA event was here in 4 months and it will probably take 4 years to respond to what went wrong but I do not think they have the desire to respond to, at most, they will give a diplomatic answer or hope that we have forgotten it

Seems a strange thing to ask :) I thought MA were all seeing.

If MA ask this player about date and time this SGA item is looted, i think that is not mean MA want this item returned, item is looted and that cannot be changed.

But perhaps they want check history file of items looted (?) and check too method for assign a loot when you click loot order (???) and see what can be mistaken in computer programing code for fix it.

Which would basically mean that they have no clue how their own software works.
