Hello all, i'm selling a shop @Emerald Lakes Mall, 2nd floor, shop #7

120 items + 5 on display area. MA confirmed that the indoor area can be upgraded to 200 item points and the display area up to 10 item points

Price is 12k peds.

Shop buyer can get a shopkeeper for 2k peds.

I say price is not negotiable, but if i'll sell it in less than a week i'll give to the buyer the pc pannel (its around 100p value or around it) u see in the display area.

i cheked the tt value + mu of shopkeeper & forniture; it is for all 2455 peds.

so if u want shop + shopkeeper + forniture = 14.000 peds

only shop 12.000 peds

only shopkeeper 2220 peds
