Looking to sell my shop, located at Genesis Amethera TP, Tower B, Block A, Shop #5 (34322, 48166) . The shop has been upgraded from 50 item points indoors to 75, and has 10 IP outside.
Ideally i would like to sell the shop with the shopkeepers, as they add additional 40 IP (at the expense of 6 IP each) and complement the shop really well, allowing the owner to have plenty of items on display and pimp the shop with some nice decors - but can sell the shop without them (and vice versa)!
The BO prices I'm thinking of are the following:
Open to any negotiations, but avoid the silly offers and i'm ideally i'm looking for peds only - but can consider CLDs, a Shadow Harness (M/UL), an Equus/Firebird swap (with me adding X peds on top) and... guess that's it!
