Help: Shows "Loading"

I updated the game through client loader, entered the Login ID and Password. After that it asked to input verification code generated with Gold Card and I did that. But instead of entering the Game after doing above steps the Game Window on PC shows "Loading" message and after that it shows --- "Connection lost to Entropia Universe"
Please help in getting the game run properly.
