There was also a 66 ped Megan global on the run, but I belive this will suffice.

Previus runs with the OA-105 had proved unsuccesful even after a trip to CND. I therefore decided to get 1 OA-105 and 1 OA-104 for this run. Started with the OA-104 cause in alot of cases the global comes at the end of the run. After getting 3 hits I decided that this was wrong thinking and switched to the OA-105. This really proved to be great thinking in retrospect.
I think the tower was around 4.5k unamped and got bumped 7 times to 31.5k

I would really appreciate if someone of the miners who has got a big find before would pm me some tips on how to handle the big quantity. (Read how to sell/use)

On a sidenote, went back to the OA-104 after that and have made a couple of runs I will post soon. The other ATH (Cumb 38k) was made in the same area as mine. Cool that the Towers moved North from Segna Island. First post has been updated with a disclaimer

This is what the tower looked like after 24 hours. I think it means that you can pick up your load.

The tt value indicate 7 more days before Its all picked up.
The tower lacks claim time so I could pick up the ore in 3 weeks if I wanted.

Current skills for when I hit the tower was around CGA 550, Extraction 900, Geo 1.6k, Mining 3k, Prospect 2.5k. This gives me a Lvl 17 prospector in rankings.

I think you should continue this blog, for the following reasons:

1) Its fun for us to read.
2) I've not seen a log using 104amps, so this is good info.
3) See what the long/short term profit/loss is with 104s.


I dont think you should including or ATH in the Numbers because then no matter what this log will result in a Profit. I think the point of logging is to see the average return over time.

What if in the long run, including the ATH, he will have an overall minus?

Nah, now it's getting really interesting if (although he got a big tower) he can profit overall NOT including this tower.
I think he can profit only if he gets 1k+ claims once in a while (once every 30-50 runs).
Like I said, the log is getting very interesting after the ATH.

General opinion (imo) is that after a big loot/claim you have to spend a lot out of it before you will get a decent return...
Let us see how much MA will take back before another tower pops out

Yes, I still think 48 runs is abit short to see what the long term profit/loss is with 104s (Mixed with some OA-105 these last runs)

Okey I will give you this FreezyPops, if I get another big one then I will say that there is a spoon and Im somehow using it. Then I will add it to the total result.
