Well PE for sure has been a joyride the last days
Yesterday Gnasher got a little miningglobal aswell, 100something oil, that ought to keep him smiling a little while

Not so long till I break 4k in handgun, but Im starting to loose my skillwill. I suppose it was after trying that MM, It was kinda sad going back to my trusty 2930ME, however much I love it.

I got clothingabstinenses today. I cant seem to find anything in auction I would really like to have (that I havent had before)

Christmas is coming up, and I love it. Snowing outside, clear skies filled with stars and borealis... Chocklatewrappings are starting to take christmas themes and I have a constant urge for hot chocklate.

Used 1060 NOK ( =about 160USD ) on a new haircolor and I dont even like it!

I was supposed to be blonde, but it turned light brownish.
aaargh! At least next time, I can get it blonde easier then now, since decoloring this color wont be such a pain.
Ah well...

Today was a sweet day.
Nothing in particular about this day,
nothing outstanding.
But sweet.

I woke up after another nightmare,
found myself in a warm cosy bed
with the guy I love with all my heart.
I found my cold had gotten worse, and all I could do was whisper.
But it didnt matter.

We had the whole day to ourself.
Gnasher made Muffins,
I read a good book,
and then we had a nice meal, while watching Simpsons.

And when I log on net,
I find my friends are happy too. And that made me extra happy.

Nothing in particular special about this day.
It was just sweet, is all.

Decorating my barbie-house.
Got some new fancy furniture from Buzz Lightyear so my apartment can look like a real dollhouse. I feel like a cottoncandy chick! Mari came to check it out, and here's a pic of me and her sitting there. All the bright colored furniture (not the carpet) is made by Buzz.


I also played santa today!
I figured, hey.. I got a Miss-title but nothing to use it on. I have no charitywork or anything to do like the real misses does so..
I took my santaoutfit on, and went to phoenix. Took some of my own items I had looted and hid them around the area. Then I shouted out for them to find it. Alot of them didnt belive me! They didnt know who I am so they thought they were beeing played for a fool. Oh well, their loss! All the items were found, and I hope that made the day brighter for someone. That was the intention anyway!

After sticking to my paradox since it started dropping in VU 5.5 (febuary 04)
the last item finally dropped. gloves
It hasnt been just me waiting for it, but as for what I know -this is the first completed set ingame! Im proud allright! Thanks to the people helping me out. Not only did I get all happy for the gloves to drop and finally finishing a long term project, but that my friends also took part to find me the missing piece really warmed my heart! I get reminded so many times over and over why I play this game.
-Avery, Hoob, Lady Death Strike -thanks for baring with my noobish dying and filthy dmg dealing in space, thanks for joining me in my quest. Optima, thanks for selling me the gloves for a fair price, and all kudos to you for wanting to sell me the first pair of fem gloves you looted even tho you are assembeling paradox yourself! Da, thanks for voulenteering to loot me a pair of gloves. Shadow-Ale for keeping a eye out on auction while we were hunting, and to all the people who took part of my quest up through the long time while this quest has been going on.
-And just everyone that has been and are dear to me in the game and have kept me going! I get alot of nice response from people thanking me for my communitywork -well if it wasnt for my friends I wouldnt have cared to do that and Id most likely wouldnt be here. Well since I was so fantasticly happy after the aquireing of the gloves, I figured Id repay the community somehow.
In my last diarypost I wrote about doing a treasurehunt in Camp Phoenix.
I did the same today. But not only did alot of people have good fun, I also had a nice time with a old and dear friend who just joined game again.
He played my little helper and it was all great good fun
After finishing the presenthunt in Phoenix we went to Argus to do the same there. As there was more hidingplaces for items it also took a much longer time needed for the participants to find the items. But it seemed like people were enjoying themself from the usual dailylife in PE with a fun little treasurehunt.
All good fun, well worth it!

Traditions

I love christmas A lil insight in our traditions for those who cares or doesnt have anything to do atm:

Lil Christmas (23rd):

I came home, we took the tree in. Made the house ready for christmas, last decorations etc..
We decorated the tree together, while listening to christmasmusic. When we were done, we sat down to see a scetch ("the butler" or something like that?) that we see every year at the same time on TV.
Then we made our christmas buffet. 9 types of meat (not talking about allready carved meat in plastic bags here, Im talking the whole leg or homemade stuff ^_^ ) of different sorts,three types of salad, two types cheese, four types of fish -and shripms, plus a heap of more stuff. Homemade bread *drool* etc.

Every year when we do this someone always rings the bell just as we sit down to eat, to give us our presents for the day after. Ofc we invite them in. This year we were eight people around the table. This is kinda the opening to christmas for us.

Christmas Eve (24th):

Yesterday was fun.
The whole yearly christmaseve ritual with a little twist in the end.

First I went to work three hours. Funny how some guys come in 5 mins before closing time and shop for thousands of krones.. Talk about waiting to last minute.. worked at our family business btw -a toyshop Skammies natural habitat

When we closed (noon) I got home and watched a film we watch every christmas, with my lil sis, and we opened our stockings. Filled with candy yaay! And somehow there had suddenly popped alot of presents under the tree during the night, hmmm... But no unwrapping it yet! We made gravy (think thats the right word?) to santa, and put it out on our balcony together with a beer..
Then we went to lit candles on our family graves. So pretty. The whole cemetary lit with candles. Its dark all day almost now. So its always a pretty sight. When we got back the gravy was eaten and the beer gone. But instead there was a couple of presents there

Then we went home, relaxed a little. Mom cooking. Then we dress up and eat, not the buffet. Now its rib. Pork-rib, the whole rib hehe.. its so yummy!
We ate, take our time eating. Then we clean the table and sit down in the couch.. And the youngest one in the family that can wallk hands out presents. We open one present at the time, so the others acctually see what everyone get (instead of just unwrapping it alone. I was another place during christmas once where they did that. Whats the fun with that? )
Grandma and Grandpa came visiting, and when we finally have opened all presents (usually takes a few hours) we take a closer look at it all kinda, and just sit and chat. So nice.

Now my little sisten got a karaoke set yesterday. So the whole family was sitting and singing to that set for hours. It was not like us at all, but alot of fun!

Then we eat. Again. Buffet. None of us is ever hungy then but we eat just to eat -its so gooood.. then we eventually go to bed.

And today ...we will eat more and explore our presents.

Yesterday and today - More traditions!

Yesterday (25th):
Went to my grandma's house to eat pinnekjøtt. which is salty lambmeat of some sort.. ribs i think. Not sure. ^^ Yummy anyway.
And we sit and chat. Most of the family is there. Hehe my two cousins were there, they are 3 and 1 year old. Girl and boy. So cute but sooo exhausting lol.

My grandfather had finally finished his research on our heritage. The leads stopped apperaring somewhere around year 1500, but it seems Im from a long line of farmers, photographers and so on. From what I read they all seemed quite respectable

Today (26th):
Today is usually when we see our friends after christmas again. Christmas, for me, is a time I spend mostly with my family. Its qualtiy time together. And its really quality time ^^ But yea, today we see our friends.

Today is a common drinking day here really. And a friend have birthday too, so Im going there on houseparty, it will be fun, they always make a hell of a party!

And I just noticed..

Yesterday was a very nice day!

Society fun!
Killed my first warlock, with my society. We killed around 6-7 if not more, three of us. In Jaguar, Salamander and Rascal
Then more soc-people joined, but a little late so the fun was almost over then, but it sure was alot of fun!
When it was over I just wanted moooore. In spite of the lag and all. Everyone was shooting at each Warlock ofcourse, heaps of people. Was a rush. "THATS OURS! WAAAAAAA" and the glory glory when it proved itself we did infact get the kill

Soc mate Viking also got his second silent uber, a eon helm male, so happy for him!

And I managed to lure some socmates to teamspeak. So funny and nice to hear your voices, guys!
Then we went on a 35 ped beacon mission, was nice, alot of fun -in spit that we didnt earn anything
