I must say, I was pretty surprised to see snow when I ran out of the auction house with VU 10.6.2!

Wasnt in the patch notes at all - a nice feature of CryEngine 2.

Yeah I like how it has settled on the top of rocks and trees.

I think you will have to wait for January 2010 or run your graphics at a lower setting (I'm guessing - not tested this)

That's not all that silly, tbh.
I live in the desert, where in the summer it's on average 105 F / 40 C.

But, the 'Christmas fairies' decided to bring us a little freezing, cold gift this year.

and ps - I thought the snow was here since Cry2. I remember making video of it, in the first movie I made about our 'new world.'

I didn't realise it was 7 years ago.
