They just don't read the cases, now and then, nothing changed. Maybe their "latest" was not so "latest" like mine and I just had to have their "latest", lol.

My first support case, one from early 2006. Is a pleading to MA to dissolve a society my brother created whilst I used the bathroom..

The answer came a bit late and they said that that was due to the work on VU 8.2 but they fixed it and gave me sound tips on how to avoid similar situations in the future. they really where somewhat more personal back then.

This can sometimes happen when a creature has been hit by an another avatar and taken some damage, but the avatar for some reason has disappeared, for instance was killed or is being out of sight but still around.

If the creature had full health when you started attacking it, the animal could have regained its health before that. If the historical damage (made by previous participants) is higher than any of yours, then the loot will be accrued to that participant, even though he/she is not around. With the amount of creatures spawning in the world, this only happens on rare occasions.

I remember filling in a Support Case because I was getting 'Error 72' message everytime I used the gold card and therefore I could not log in.

First answer from Support was, and I quote:

Found one support case concerning my current avatar from late 2005, it's in swedish... I ask to be removed from my mentor and they reply that it's impossible.

My older avatars had no support cases except for when I ask to unlock the one with an imk2. It had been nearly two years and the stuff was handed to me in TT value ped. Also no skills remained, for some reason.

This was when auctions were still young. When winning or losing a bid could leave you standing for hours before you recieved the item or the money.
 
My first and most funny contact with support was about a credit card I wanted to register to deposit some cash.

What's funny is how long it usually it takes to get a reply and how fast they did reply at this one :laugh:

I always gets responses within 1-2 days :) last time took about 30 minutes :yay:

(dont think I ever sent a support case on a weekend or holiday though, might have something to do with it?)
