Put 1-2 land grab lands to all planets, and 3 in space, and so its at the same time, and put some special boss there that always drops a pile of tier comps, always drops some good adj-perf L item and chance for UL, and rare item for powerful pvp gear and mining ore/enmatter for em too, and some high/eff dpp durable craft thats needs em.
Less powerful armors would be some 30burn/pen+ elec + impact and with + hp and reduced crit dmg, would need pyrite to make em + rare item from pvp mobs, faps like hedocs from mayhem with better hp/pec needs medical compress to make em + rare item from pvp mobs, better armors with higher burn/pen + others and could have ability you can click reduced dmg done to you by 25-75% for 5 seconds, with 30 sec cooldown, would also have slowing cryo chips 25-75% slow also aoe slow chip that slows all in area, and one that freezes ppl in place, needs pvp rare loots from contaminated these better ones, would have smoke bombs craftable with iron and lyst that blocks line of sight from outside of smoke to inside, so creates a wall, weakening chip, reduces max hp by 50-70% for 5 seconds with 10 sec cooldown, these sort of items could be gained from crafting with pvp mats, adj-perf items bought with pvp tokens and reward from pvp loot chests, also could get UL ones from pvp tournamets, 5 vs 5, 10 vs 10 and 20 vs 20, could be bought with tournament tokens, also guns that decreases healing by 50-75% for 10 sec when hit, and melee weapons with same, and ability to knock someone out, so he cant use actions or move for 3 seconds with 10 sec cooldown. Only works in pvp. Would be good to have some cheap and free pvp ingame for folks to compete against eachother and do pvp when deposit has run out, could collect like 0.1% pvp money and give it in tournaments, rest give back on pvp chest, also give back healing, armor decay, and MF buff stuff in somewhere with chance to get something. When you go to pvp chest, you could get tokens, and L pvp item with like few hundred uses without big tt.
Team protection bubble chip, decreases dmg done to all in 10m in your team by 50% and team resto chips.
Grenades that knock ppl on ground, unable to act for few seconds, easy mats to make, give tt back in loot.
Make newbie pvp zone with newbie mats and bosses there, and could be so it has 1% tax, and you can conquer it every 1 hour, there would be some console that takes 10 seconds to operate and land would be yours till next battle, mobs would drop like vixen gears, would be used for +rare find mining amps with vixen gears, like 100 and same from some caly, arkadia, cyrene, monria, toulan, item that drops in newbie mobs, would have like 100 ped tt, cant fail with enough skill, chance to loot adj-perf one when crafted that needs more of those mats and higher level ones too, from higher level pvp zone and mining and mobs, beacons too, with bigger buffs, and use universal ammo instead of decay to amp up with + rare and some skill gain so its very desirable to mine with it, would be noob amp too that uses a bit of those "gears" from each planet. and noobs could collect parts from mobs and newbie pvp on all planets for em. Would also need rare ore/enmatter from each planet to make it. Would be different amps for different level like level 1 amp magnitude 1, that amps for 1 ped and has + rare + mining skill and + sooto, amps would have many uses per amp, and more if their adj-perf, with better stats, could also have like 10-25% runspeed buff when your ore/enmatter deposit is depleted. Biggest level amps would need rares from space, some space loot, higher level pvp and higher lvl monsters, would need lvl100 pros,surv,treasure to use. Would also have finders that has + chance to find claims and faster detection and cooldown, so you can just spam it with em without penalty. Best finders with best amp of these kind would have so much depth, you would need em to find best rare ores and enmatter ingame for best L stuff crafted, armor, tools and gun,better than mayhem gear, would need some boss items and rare loots from monster spawn bosses too. Low, low-mid, mid, mid-high-high, very high would have their own items, broken smaller items, would be used in mats also for bigger ones, so they can be sold after use. Sooto could be rare until you have a finder that boosts it, would be different level sootos. adj-mod gear crafted is redular rare ores and loots from mob, broken L looted L and crafted L item and aug - perf would need sootos and those very high depth ores/enmatters, and rare spawn loots. All spawns would have a boss that can drop a item for good craft and also drop good items and t comps, and rare spawns would spawn sometimes on spawns and around world that could drop different sorts of rare items. Rare spawn would be timed, so ppl could hunt em, if one has killed one recently in 24 hours, they would be invisible to him so others would have chance too. if they have like 6-12 hour spawn cycle. Wave bosses could drop em too. Would be different rares from mobs to different item types, MF, melee, guns, faps, and mining tools.
Could be different sootos in different areas with different finders. UL items would be that great if not upgraded
Then stuff would be needed on all levels, of mining, hunting and crafting and remain on demand.
When item is very hard to get, it would last many tens of or hundred thousands of clicks.
There are ppl hunting in logs for millions of peds, so could have some very good and hard to get uber guns with 300-1 mil clicks. 1 mil times 0.6 pec = 600k peds after all, And finders also with like 10k-50k clicks. Armors taking up to 50k hits, so they can last for weeks or months with active play.
Make space so all planets are orbiting sun in middle and be 3d objects that runs like clockwork, also with highest hp and best burn prot ingame you could go inside the sun to find some special funny zone with some sun guardians and sun boss, every month if you get some special item to make key from highest lvl mining and hunting, so would be 1 month timer. Would need special burn prot for chip and player of all kinds, like - burn dmg % + burn prot + best resto chip on etc to survive there.
adj-perf amps would use fuses of different kind, low-high and boss robot/beacon mobs would drop different kinds, also blades would have some energy shock thingy that makes the blade use energy instead of decay, all melee weapons would have em, and those better ones would give stats. Would have a ability on em to increase reload for some time with cooldown, better fuse you add to craft, longer the buff would last.
