Maybe he is trying to give everyone a little inspiration of what could be. There are plenty of concept ship, creature, vehicle, etc etc out there which can stimulate ideas for developing our little neck of the virtual universe.

I think it applies to a point but might be better suited in the galleria or off topic. I would have put a post like this in the galleria and maybe set it up to have our own little fan concept art area.
