Did not know that this was a rare BP, got mine with a QR of 60 at 70PEDs.
Are those skills gained you posted the actual skills or the number of green lines ?!
Sounds way too much for actual skills gained even if your profession level is still low.

edith: just understood how it was meant. Still sounds way too much, but could be, because you are clicking on a BP way above your level. Return rate seems to be very well though.

The skill gain is measured by the difference between the numbered section of the skills (not professions or ranks) before the run and the number in those same sections after the run.

I did not know that this was a high amount. But, you could be correct. My engineering is quite high due to extensive mechanical crafting and I have only just begun metal work, so these point gains could be due to the high level of the bp and the stark disparity between my engineering and other metal related skills
