Help: Strongbox Purchase issue

Like I expect to lose when I deposit, it's part of the game... but this is a whole different level of ridiculous. I spent $200 via crypto and xMoney, got the transactions confirmed via xMoney within the hour, and then nothing. If you haven't used crypto or xMoney, note that it gives you a 2 hour window to pay to allow for the blockchain to confirm your crypto transactions. So within 1 hour is very normal on payment time using this method. I've also used this service in EU with no issue in the past.

I had ordered 200 strongboxes to kick off coming back after a 6 month hiatus and the money went through successfully, to MA, and I have yet to receive my items or an explanation. I submitted a case to them over 24 hours ago.

Anyway, it's pretty disheartening trying to come back. I had plans to hunt with an old friend tomorrow but I don't know that I can do that now. Just hoping MA takes a look at this I guess.

Did you check in game? I think there currently is a bug on the strongbox page on the account that says "no keys" even tho you bought keys.. So they have to be opened online.. I know that has been the case for some people these last few days.

I have yet to receive my items or an explanation. I submitted a case to them over 24 hours ago.

I looked into it, and I believe you do have a response now.

Might have taken a bit longer because it was over the weekend.

Do you mean that you can't open them on the website, and the keys you bought do not show up when on the website? But it works ingame?

Is there any error message or anything, or just the keys do not appear when on the website?

Correct

No error message. It Just said "you have no keys" on the strongbox page, even tho all keys and boxes were in my inventory ingame..

Same happened to the guy next to me at the LAN.

So they had to be opened in the client.

I've been refunded, thank you. It's becoming increasingly more difficult to play from the US when it comes time to deposit. Crypto was my last option and I'm hesitant to keep trying it now.

It's a large barrier to entry when you're told to use a different bank just to play the game. I like the game... A lot... I'm lvl 70 in my professions ingame but even I won't jump through all these extra hoops anymore.
