Considering selling my Summer 17 ring.
22% increased chance of an evade, dodge or jam means less armor decay cost. Almost like adjusting/improving your armor automatically!
Life-Steal saves you on healing cost and also benefits from the reduced rate of hits taken.
Not to mention you gain 30hp, almost max out your run speed and also decrease the critical damage taken when you do get knocked silly.

And here’s an image from a recent test done by another player who wanted to see the results of an increased evade chance. Keep in mind he only had 15% increased evade chance and this ring provides 22% so the results would’ve been even better:
