got the exact copy paste today from a case in April , which i resolved myselfmonths ago
I got answers to a few of my cases actually, but this one looked a bit funnier. seems like something is happening in their support section!

Yeah I got the same reply on some support cases yesterday... Perhaps this is MA wanting a "fresh start" with better communication?
