support time?

Why is it taking so long for MA to respond to support cases? I still have cases opened dating back to early December. I have an apartment voucher that I put a support ticket in for. Why dont I have my apartment yet? It really shouldn't take this long

Not sure, but I also had a ticket in from months ago that never got a response.
