Hi,
So i made a deposit for 200 strongbox keys. Money went of my wallet + got the confirmation mail the money was correctly wired to MA.
So i write a ticket saying i paid for the keys but never received them. They havent's answered me in 2 days.
So came here to expose them :p
I used Xmoney as payment method and nothing went wrong on their part.
I understand there can be problems with payments, but ignoring support tickets about these is simply not done!
think twice before you depo :p well alwasy think twice regardless this shit. think 3 times now ...
anyone else got a similar experience? Especialy with Xmoney?

Hem Shamshe bro try making another support case . Under Deposit category must get fast answer :)

1 agent per 2000 users is a very strong customer support system, they have way more, just doesn't want or can't do their jobs for some reason

Meh, It all depends how much you have Depo’ed over the years

For me, they get back fairly quick as long as it’s in their working hours

For guys like Messi, they have the red bat phone ☎️

Jokes aside, they have always answered tickets in the deposit category like their lives depended on it.
 
i can´t buy keys either.. always created virtual credit card and bought , but since last week it doesnt work.

I do that also with neteller and it still works for me but 2.5% fee
