Hi, just posted the revised Timetable on the WarSheet, and your first hunt, the Qualifier, will now take place on:

19:00 Friday 2nd March

Please PM SOON if you cannot field a team at this time; 12:00 Saturday and 12:00 Sunday are available as alternatives.

From my understanding qualifier for Russia has been rescheduled for next weekend, can anyone confirm the new time?
 
If Russia can field a team in a weekday evening, preferably MONDAY, or at any time TODAY (sunday), let me know, or turn up at one of the existing matches (12:00 and 4:00 pm) to declare entry, we need to get the qualifiers over with.

Hi Russia: Can you post whether you are able to play at:


20:00 - 23:00 (MA Time) any Weekday Evening;

or

10:00 - 13:00,

12:00 - 15:00,

18:00 - 21:00,

21:00 - 0:00, all on Saturday 10th March.

Sorry to say, but if you cannot field a team for any of the times suggested you will forfeit the Qualifiers, and your score will be recorded as 0.

You're giving us lots of choice, thanks for the flexibility :)
Due to seriuos RL issues among team members, it seems we are unable to field a team at the moment. If no one will object, I guess you can proceed with the WoF as is.

Sorry to hear you have problems, hope it works out. For Forfeit, I need your team to agree... can we have a name or two more saying the same thing? Then Russia's score can go down as 0 and the rest can be set in motion.

Sorry, due to a pm from one of your team requesting a forfeit, and a need to get things going that couldn't wait too long for one team, I had no choice but to mark Russia's score as 0 and continue. I'm sure next year, given more time to prepare, you will put forward a fine team.
