I did a short test (just 7 energy), and it was about 1.61 XP/nutrio with no buffs and not tricks, just sitting there. So not a whole lot different than with a buff turned on.
So if I understand this right, having the Focus buff on nets you less experience per energy, which makes sense, so if you aren't doing tricks, there's no point in having the Focus buff on as it just means your experience is costing you more.
In your first post you didn't put this info regarding the 1.61 XP/nutrio, you only put the 1.507/energy when the Focus buff is on. I think you should revise this part.
Also, if I understand it right, doing tricks with the pet provides a 50% boost to the experience gained per energy (2.4/1.6=1.5). In the end, doing tricks as often as possible saves you a lot of money and this shows that a person which is present at the keyboard is rewarded in Entropia versus the one who is afk (I think EU was designed in this way from the very beginning).
So, if I go ahead and re-crunch the numbers based on this from the OP "
This means that level 26 should be achievable at 52500 experience, level 50 by 196980, and level 80 at 507180 experience." here's what I get:
Passive experience gain costs w/nutrio at 200%:
Level 26 = 52,500/1.61=32,609 (326.09*200%) > 652.18 PED total cost
Level 50 = 196,980/1.61=122,348 (1223.48*200%) > 2446.96 PED total cost
Level 80 = 507,180/1.61=315,019 (3150.19*200%) > 6300.38 PED total cost
Active experience gain costs w/nutrio at 200%:
Level 26 = 52,500/2.4=21,875 (218.75*200%) > 437.50 PED total cost
Level 50 = 196,980/2.4=82,075 (820.75*200%) > 1641.50 PED total cost
Level 80 = 507,180/2.4=211,325 (2113.25*200%) > 4226.50 PED total cost
So, it would cost you 2k PED more to level to 80 if you were afk the whole time.
Did I understand that right?
