It stays between RT and Toulan... A little bit "south". Next to a blue square. Use this site and search Howling Mine on the waypoints. https://space.calypsomap.com/
If you log out on the server that stays between those planets you will revive there. GL!
PS: When arriving you go to HM terminal then you need to TP to Howling Mine.

Can someone explain why HM has two entrances? One is free and the other decays your thruster.

I thought the thruster did only decay when entering or leaving a planet.
