Well THEN UPGRADE THE OTHER MALL SHOPS TO so everything will reletively be better the same amount. Seams pretty simple to me. Give trance 40 points more give everyone else 40 points more. Everyone gets added value.

What harm will come from giving all shop owners more item points? other then they wont buy into the current upgrade offering. It will however increase the amount of items sold and then used creating more money for FPC/MA and customers.

My guess: MA has mixed up the normal shops under the dear (which should be like nomal shops) with the small shacks in the cave (whuch originally had like 10 item points).

i guess support simply doesn't know the difference. in a recent support ticket i had to give them the coordinates for pvp1 and pvp3...

Maybe they will fix the item points for you if you tell you had one of the normal shops under the deer and not one of the sheds in Thorkil's Cave and that therwe un vu 9 was a significant difference in item points between basement shops and cave shops.

I think you and the other all the shop owners deserve some major compensation like an Extra shopkeeper... plus your getting your original +50 items back.... and free advertising for at least six months. That to me sounds fair.

So you have a make up shop right? even if your shop was up and going during this time of year you still wouldn't get any sales due to make up not being implemented yet... But for other shop owners in the deer mall I see it can be a problem.

So you have a make up shop right? even if your shop was up and going during this time of year you still wouldn't get any sales due to make up not being implemented yet... But for other shop owners in the deer mall I see it can be a problem.

It's the case as someone else pointed out, you buy one thing, it gets taken away and your returned something else that isn't quite as good.

It usually works where you get something equal or better not worse.

I've had to rma hard drives, if they were to send me back something of smaller capacity I wouldn't be happy. However on the few times I have I've gotten faster 15k rpm instead of 10k rpm or higher capacity drives 640gb instead of 500gb.

I am constantly amazed at how poor the customer service is with this company. Imagine this conversation in person, face to face... it would be insane.

Whatever level of success that FPC and MindArk feel they have attained over the years would absolutely pale in comparison to the success they could have achieved if they just cared about their customers like many well run businesses do. There are not millions of us players (customers) out there, far from it actually... and the churn and turnover rates must be immense. Customer satisfaction, while less important when you have a unique product, is still the key to keeping your customers here, and depositing. Nothing would be worse for FPC or MindArk than having a neglected player base discover another game like Project Entropia. And if your business plan is dependant on exclusivity in a free market, good luck.

Why risk it? If you keep your customers happy, they will stick around, deposit more, and be less likely to jump ship should a chance ever arise.

Wel I think if MA/FPC are Capable COmpany, this Universe would have been much larger and with more players .

Somehow I think the reasons folks leaving is quite clear here

WHat I suspect here, is that MA/FPC is serious lack of numbers of capable employees... running the business with a minimum crew.

What makes this worse is that it seems only one person caused this, no one else had to authorise the change and that no one else can rectify it.

Well today, I went to the MA site to look up info about the new oxford Shops.

I found a reply, telling me I am offered 2 options for our investment:

1. I can opt for the ped value that we paid for it.

- because i was passed the deed and no ped exchange was in the deal - the value of the shop is worth zero. (However, from our log files we can see that you received the Estate Deed in a private trade 2009-07-16 where nothing was exchanged in return.) - i passed the deed to Silva for 30 minutes -

Can anyone help i am confused over which option to take 1 we get nothing for the 15,000 + peds or 2 we get a tiny shop worth a fraction of the investment or value of it.

I am deeply concerned about this - yes a tad frustrated, but also concerned for other investors,

They love all this press, everyone saying how ND and DF made back their investments in months- and then turn around and crap on the smaller and consistent investors in this game. The big 1-time purchases are nice, but they dont pay the bills week to week. I can only imagine your support emails sitting open on the monitors while they pop champagne in celebration of the more than 1 million USD that were deposited to bid on CP. Sad.

Dunno, I just had a look myself and if you actually want a place where you can sell stuff, this mall is better. I dare to say that these shops are worth more in peds than the cave shops would have been at the current market.

Well I have no idea what or how they think...

I have sat back & looked to the future of this new game system and this is the outcome for me & Dolores - I feel I have been robbed - not only can i not see any colours, sure that's my problem - but now my investment in this game has been taken away - I'm sick to my stomach with this game - The 1st time I am scammed for a hanger -

The best hanger in this game hanger 02 by ........ my threads about the hanger are not here, you are not allowed to say the truth & are deleted by EF because they don't like them & now after all this time FPC offer me zero peds for my shop or a shoe box.

I ran this shop for 4 years, I put my heart and soul into it - it has never been re sold, we kept it long term and had fun with it, because we believed in a future, like 100's of other suckers out there - we believed MA would make this game great and we would go forward and be part of the great game. -.

Seems, MA are not interested in taking us with them on there journey of what ever future they foresee - They just want to take what we have, what we paid for and what we loved....

It took me 2 years to recover from the hanger scam and the non eventual out come - everyone in the game new i was scammed....

Hanger scam...

I buy a hanger and pay in parts for it.
Last part is due I say ok I pay the last 10K in 4 days
I lend the hanger to the said wannabe person.
She stops all communication with me.
Sells the hanger after 3 days for 80K fast - offering it to everyone
Keeps my peds as well & all my possessions
Says to me (via a 3rd party)- she wanted to teach me a lesson
MA - block her account as I told them the situation, she would be trying to take my peds out of the game, the money I paid for the hanger + the peds she got from the sale as fast as she could.
Her account is locked...
She is asked to give me 30K & my possessions - this is not my hanger - this is just 30K. she does because her account is locked and the only way she can get her peds out of the game is too give me 30K - so she does - even calls me dirt while she does it - imagine being robbed then being called dirt by the said person while they replace your stufff- I took it, i stood there and took that crap just to get my possessions I collected for years in this game - I stood there and took that shit.

I never thought I'd have to take this shit again, well. looks like its all started again.....

I have been offered zero peds for the best shop in the game - why is that you ask - well my shop has not been re sold or manipulated - Seems because i gave the deed to Silva for 30 mins - it dissolved 3.5 years of its sovereignty. everyone knows i have had that same shop for all this time except the computer - all it see's is the deed being given to me on a said date.

Now, I am offered after being offered nothing for the best shop - the cheapest rent the highest item points shop in the game - I am offered the lowest shop in the game along with alot of other players, who I'm sure have stories to tell.

This is utterly outrageous, does anyone expect to have there game estate reduced because the game decides it,

brick my brick its been taken away..
1st - new Oxford is never finished -
there are no terminals -
no sign posts -
no new Art
no fixed shops

Then, the up date takes them away, and we wait - years go by we grow older, and then the light appears and we are offered bread for our estates, take it or leave it attitude......

I wont go into any details yet, I will wait till they come back from holidays - hey I wish I could afford a holiday too, but sadly I can not afford a holiday.

I wait some days for there return 2 days I will wait. Sure Holidays are hoildays but time is money isnt it.... I will start to post in 2 days,

Seems the war is not against the Robots or the native species on Calypso, but a more cunning species, a species that hears's $ but not words - forgets its community & sees people not as human but simply as numbers & money - the future never changed - it just got darker and colder & more sad.

to give replace an excellent shop with 180 item count with only 60 is a bad deal .
To be offered nothing at all just because you loaned the deed for 30 minutes is a scandel , just because you loaned the deed in no way means that you did not pay for it , if you loaned your car to someone would that mean you paid nothing for it when you got it back ?
they only have to look a little further back to see what you paid for it , thats the obviuos (and right) thing to do .

I am sorry your in the situation that has been forced on to you by MA "moving the goal posts" I just hope they "do the right thing"
