For a while now, some of the shop owners in New Oxford Mall have had their business affected by the conversion of the game to the current CryEngine technology. FPC and MindArk constantly try to restore and improve on the experience for all players that have been subject to having their investments altered due to this conversion, and our latest effort have seen the reconstruction of the New Oxford Mall, with new shops installed and previous owners offered to reopen their business. Because of this, some stats was altered to balance the shops against all other shops in the game. However, this meant that numbers such as item points was reduced, not to give the owners a disadvantage but to better balance their estates.

But since this approach contradicts our general stability policy (to not change stats on previously player-acquired investments unless it's absolutely necessary) we've decided to restore the stats to a pre-VU 10.0 state for the affected shop owners in New Oxford Mall, if they so prefer.

Each player affected by this will be contacted separately by support to handle this.

Excellent news. Thank you for making such move. Actually my faith into ppl in FPC is restored, and i was seriusly worried. Well done FPC !

me wonder how long this going? i'm still on waiting of my deed. i really would be happy, if i could use my shop for tradings! in removing things they are fast, but otherwise they have time, and time , and time .... sry for no patience, but after more as 3 months waiting and fight to get back my shop, i can say my patience is consumed.

Try waiting 2 years and 11 months like some of us I know we got the ped returned but that's not the point.

Anyway, my ped is ready so just waiting for my support case to be answered and the deeds returned

i hadnt heard of this til just recently .. where was this that you been waiting 2 + years? not the deer mal i hope as trance has had her shop there since i started a year ago... i would be calling up a loyer after 6 months persionally

Yes, Thorkelds Tomb Shops, which have also been relocated to the new Deer Mall.

We had to give back the deeds and got our ped returned. Since then we have been waiting for them to be fixed and offered back to us.

is there no end to this ? the more I hear about these shop problems the happier I am that i have not got one , all that ped tied up in a non existant shop !

by they way what has happened about the bank in argus its has been empty for ages ?

SO, some people bought some shops.

Then the shops never worked.

Then the shops got deleted.

Then the shops got put back.

Then is was noted the shops did not actually match the shops that had been bought.

then it was offered to buy back the shop for the value of the last trade.

So a person who ( could have,in theory) traded their Adj fap (broken, worth 6.9 peds) for a shop got offered offered 6.9 peds for a shop that actually cost them 38K?

Seems MA saw the light. Otherwise it would be a bit like buying a BMW from your local car dealer, and getting given the keys for a Trabant when you go to collect it, with the excuse "the BMW was too fast, gives you an unfair advantage when pulling away for the traffic lights."

Well I've not heard from support yet...... Starting to get itchy feet - They need to do a search for me, be nice for all this mess to be sorted out ASAP and put it all behind us...

This lemon is starting to get more bitter by the day.

I ALWAYS looked for positives in PE. Went to a few RL meetups (Hi Moonfish )and yet im finding myself even more disillusioned by the day. The upshot is thats how i feel out of the game because when i am in i am tending to enjoy my hunting atm even though i do seem to lose every run so far. Things could be sooooo much better.

All i can say is i hope this gets sorted out for your guys and gals and well done for sticking with it this long.

I agree Nadie its becoming absolutely ridiculous... We live in an age of instant Twitter - A game when cash can be added and spent instantly - but our investments and our faith is treated like its not worth the time.....

I suspect there are about 20 people max in this situation - less - But nothing has been done or said.......... 9 days for an email is absolutely shameful...

Maybe a stupid question, but did you claim it first before trying to pay? Your shop is probably owned by <null> or Callendar, is my guess.
