The Spear MK. II (L) runs with no fuel

I made a suport case about 6 month ago about this issue and wonder if it is fixed now.
Got rid of my Spear, that was able to drive when no oil in it.

Does it just say 0.0 oil, which really means it has 0-0.09 left and can go for quite some time with its full economy?

OR were you able to drive it for days with no feul, going LONG past the point of a standard 1 per of oil use?

No fuel and just run it. Have not seen many lately so maybe MA removed them.

I have a spear. I don't know about the fuel issue, but it works underwater as well which is usefull.
