I sold my full set, one of two known ingame to a French dude last year. SFE can craft all parts for you except the feet, that BP is owned by Johed so you have to ask him. Be aware that it needs a heap of Rugaritz ingots to get successful clicks. It cost me almost 3000Ped to craft it, yet protection wise there are better armours must cheaper.
Save up and get yourself a set of Vigilant or Angel, also both white and look cool!

The decay you save using this vs vigilante isnt worth it when you factor in the cost to get & make this armor. I gave up on owning trooper so should you.
