Wasn't disclosed. Put in support case, request refund or correction.
 
Omg will be very disappointing if it's intentional. And if so, they have to provide full refund.

I put in a support ticket last week about that, since it has no market history. Got a quick reply on sunday. Support guy wasnt sure about it and forwarded it to the responsible team ;)

That only means you can then sell the skills, and you make more skills so.. you can sell more skills and make more peds.
