So I have been trying to upload some images to my UGC signs to promote Songkra Valley and my other services, however after successfully uploading (and paying ofc) onto the game, when I create the advert and pay for it (again) the sign only shows grey images.
Firstly I was told it might be a "Discord" issue, since one of the images has come through Discord, so I fixed that through zipping the images, but that still didn't work.
I also noticed some UGC signs from other players seem to work just fine, so there must be a fix for this. After contacting support, they refunded me part of the expenses only, and not fix whatsoever. Also worth noting they didn't bother to inform me if a fix could be done or not, and thus forced me (after 2 months of wait time) to write it down here.
I guess I would also like to know if there are more players in my situation, since these "little bugs" just show how careless the game has become over the years about quality control.
