Unable to use window mode

Running it in window mode will help performance of my computer and be more suitable right now. I tried to turn to it on however this makes it impossible to login.

What happens is, i turn on window mode. The resolution for window mode is blank, I cannot not change the resolution atall.
When I login the client opens, but all I am shown is a white screen. After awhile it freezes and crashes, I then see the usual send computer specs to mindark.

It is most likely not my graphics card.

Anyone else have this problem or had it? I might try deleting the whole of entropia and do a full install and download again. But other suggestions to avoid this are appreciated.

Let me guess, you're using 1024x768 resolution on your computer? I found out "the hard way" that it doesn't work. For a simple reason as well, the minimum resolution required to play EU is 1024x768 and windowed mode simply won't fit if you don't have higher resolution.

Try it.

Well that's a pain then. Was really hoping to play it in window.
Thanks for the help. I did re-install entropia though anyway thankfully didn't take too long.

Surely this issue may have been raised to mindark though?
