Info: Unreal Engine 5 Devblog

Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney has admitted that the company is working on Unreal Engine 6. The new graphics engine is expected to fix one of the biggest problems with the current version.

Maybe MA is waiting for a new engine because it can't handle 5😂

One of my favourite questions: Can you handle it?
So much involved in handling things sometimes, and a big range between bluster and ability...

Think main idea floated from ma why they choose unreal was because portability between upgrading/transitioning to newer unreal engines from existing ones. So yeah if they can't handle 5 well I doubt much will change in 6 7 and 8 unless they bring ai in it.

I'd like to think so... however there was another 2 projects I know of that got significantly up ended while moving from one version of an engine to another. One was defo Unreal, the (13th Doll) other might have been (might have been Unity) but admittedly they were a small team and they did in the end deliver. a fun game. The talk of fixing a major issue in unreal between 5 and 6 concerns me slightly about compatibility.
