Uploading Pictures

I haven't uploaded any pics for a while but it seems to me we used to be able to add a pic directly to one of our albums. Can this not be done anymore?

Go to Gallery > Your Images or Your Albums > Button at top [+]Upload Image

Well that does seem to add it to my images but not to my albums.
