For the p5a : (Here are three sale threads and you can draw a conclusion as to the price)

okay for the p5a for the min TT one the current bid is +3.5k seems the price is largely depending on the TT value on it. So a min TT one fill fetch a better price.

Any opinions about the other items ?

BKK sold their 0-3 only recently you should ask what it went for since there aren't many options.

This is a recent Mayhem Hedoc sale. Tier 3.2 and the +5k buyout hasn't been met (Not even a starting bid of +3.5k) So should be much lower untiered.
