Has anyone had the experience after moving to a Virgin media hub 6 where EU cannot connect? I had a Virgin media Hub 3 and everything was fine, upgraded to a Virgin media hub 6 and most things work except EU and VPN. I've tried turning off the firewall on the router, still doesn't work. I get as far as entering the EU code and then it just stays on "Loading" playing over hotspot for the moment until i figure this out. Contacted Virgin and they are investigating.
Any ideas or help would be much appreciated!
