This is the one shot at keeping it interesting. Be strong from those who "demand" without even giving it a shot. Let's see how it works out. OK?
- Getting stuck at an outpost because MA implemented welding wire as requirement for repairs and made it lootable,
- Losing all my time travel crystals that I crafted myself on Next Island to a pk:er
- Getting shot in my back 172 times, getting decay on my (L) sleipnir each time and get sent back to same outpost, because a pk:er wants to have fun in a dedicated pvp zone without the possibility of teleporting away
- Paying 500 ped for a 5 ped (L) TT item to enter space, and/or ~3000 ped for a decent (L) spaceship
No please. I don't want to try it out.
I understand in a way that space is the way it is - MA wanted to have an arena for the "space pirates". On the other hand not everyone likes the concept of lootable pvp.
If lootable pvp is going to stay, at least the welding wire should be fixed *as soon as possible*. Not added to the "to do list" and queued up for next major VU. And for thos of us who ended up with stackables on wrong planet when space came because of too little information, offer us a one-time chance to relocate it through a support ticket to storage on the planet we want it. (Or in my case, maybe specific, make the teleportation tokens such as time travel crystals and telemans coins, unlootable - as far as I know they're unusable outside the planet they come from.) Lower the cost of thrusters, I deposited tons of PEDs last month so right now I don't feel I want to deposit another 500 ped for a 5 ped TT item - especially since the only reason of its cost is the blueprint clicks; the materials needed for it seemed common enough when I looked.
If space travel is supposed to need lots of PEDs, at least let us create avatars on the other planets. I got the feeling the guys who doesn't care doesn't care and will create alt avatars anyway as they always have, it's the honest people who gets suffering.
Some of the issues above could have been solved by having interplanetary teleporters in parallel with space during a transition period. During that period, people would have gotten a chance to move stackables safely where they wanted it, and the price for needed items (ships and thrusters) would have stabilized.
