Info: weapons eff with atachments (scoope ,sights,amp)

is there any place that calculates the eff of the weapon with scoopes, amp sights?

or does anyone know the formula ?

If you are familiar with the concept of weighted averages, the efficiency overall is just the average of all efficiencies weight by their relative cost per use...

For example, if you use a gun + scope + amp + extender

(eff_gun*cost_gun + eff_amp*cost_amp + eff_scope*cost_scope + eff_extender*cost_extender)/(cost_gun+cost_amp+cost_scope+cost_extender)
