webshop down?

its been a week now, and the webshop still say internal error when trying to buy keys
 
I love how one of the 3 edited my post, but couldn’t take the time to respond. How useless
 
There is so many things wrong with the new website, I even submitted ticket reporting this. But if they can’t bothered to fix it, I’m not reporting anything anymore.

Your error I’ve seen when not logged in, when logged in first and then going to checkout did remove the error for me.

Maybe ill try that. My question is, why did a player have to tell me that, when one of the 3 devs that I tagged could of told me that. One of them came in, didn't like the original message, edited it, and then left without even trying to be supportive. EU support hasn't even responded to my days old message. It just feels like ALL of eu's support group is getting worse and worse. Doesn't really make me want to support the game.
