weird mouse drift

Today when I log in to Entropia the cursor is drifting off to the left by itself both in and out of the Entropia Universe screen. Exit the Entropia Universe Program and the drifting goes away. Never seen something strange like this before. Seems strange. Anyone else seeing something like this?

Does it happen every time you open the game?

Do you have a gaming controller plugged into your computer? If so, try unplugging it. Some controllers develop "joystick drift" over time, which could potentially cause something like that.

Same happened to me, few or more times i needed to press alt, or you flying up without touching buttons and can't stop. Or my avatar go to left or right and can't stop. i saw this issue when others players wrote about bugs on New UL. happens

Uncontrolled movement is due to a "known issue" of opening Message Center while having any movement keys pressed.
OP is talking about uncontrolled cursor.

Tho happening only while EU is open suggests no.

Maybe mouse sensitivity changes when inside EU. I would rule out any mouse calibration issues or dirty optics and see if that clears up. While in EU unplug the mouse and other peripherals to see if its a EU thing or peripheral thing. I've had keyboards and my 3D CAD mouse cause issues in games but not on outside of the game. My old 3D CAD mouse would cause cursor drift in EU when it was starting to fail. If you use a controller in EU it could be going bad or just need calibration. I have to recalibrate my joystick for space sim from time to time when they update the software. It might be odd but trying a different USB port might work as well.

If all else fails then you could try to repair EU or uninstall and reinstall to see if that clears things up.
