I thought it would be a good idea to introduce the two new Land Areas purchased on auction today.

Outback Land Area 26: Amethera 11568x16068, Southwest of New Oxford TP
Taxes: 4.0% Hunting, 5.0% Mining

Hunting: Featuring Allophyls, Youngs-Guardians 1 DNA, Mature-Old Alpha 1 DNA, Exarosaur Stalkers, 1 DNA
Mining: Known Resources: Lysterium, Alferix, Oil, Dunkel Particle, Sweetstuff, Force Nexus, Lumis Leach

I am hoping to add more Allophyl DNAs, and am looking for some feedback on appropriate maturity levels.


I am very much looking forward to running some exciting competitions on these new lands, along with LA 04 (Atrax Park, Amethera 20173x0368 Nate Valley TP). Do not be surprised to see some very uber items as grand prizes in the near future (maybe even a Mod Fap...)

If you do an competition, please still keep taxes low, by saying low I mean 3% max. If that doesnt pay the competition, then skip it and leave taxes at 3%

If you leave taxes low, you get a LOT of customers, don't make the mistake that other landgrab owners does, by adding it high, then U wont see any hunter or miner there - not many anyway

Now that MA has given us the shed deeds, I have put up a shopkeeper on LA 26. The revivial, shed and shopkeeper are in the NW corner of the LA, coords:
11123x16753.

Selling ammo, bombs, probes, and mind essence.

I will also soon placing a similiar shopkeeper on LA 34.

***ANOTHER DNA ADDED TO LA 26***

I have successfully constructed an Allophyl DNA, and this has been added to the fertilizer station.

This should help with the density quite a bit.

Both DNAs are at max density and medium maturity (one slightly higher to get more Guardians and Alphas, which seem popular).

If you loot any Allophyl parts (fin, thighbone, tentacle) I pay good prices; please contact me so I can enhance this land further and make it a great place for Allofans

More Resources Located on LA 26:

While on the LA adding the new Allo DNA, I dropped about 20 mines and 12 probes: (OA-101, MA-102)

Found 3 Modest Alferix, 1 Large and 1 Average Sweetstuff, and 1 Modest Dunkel and 1 Small Force Nexus

It seems MA has finally started to seed the new lands with more minerals and enmatters (maybe that mini-update we did today).

Please post in this thread if you find any others on LA 26 or 34, and I will confirm by dropping bombs/probes until I also find some

After some more probes, I found a totally new enmatter element on LA26: Lumis Leach

This one is used to make the Light Liquid listed in the auction resource categories.

From the description, it seems this enmatter will be used in new furniture BPs:

"The light emitting lumis leach is often found in deep underground caverns. Once refined, this raw energy matter can be used in a variety of lighting features."

For reference, 7 of these leaches have a TT value of 2.94 ped, and it seems you get one unit of light liquid for every two leaches.

Mining Exploration on LA 34 has uncovered Dianum ore and new enmatter element Root Acid.

FYI: Allo fins and tentacles are pretty regular drops. I know since I hunted them for quite a while once, and got so many I used to just tt them. The thighbone is the hard part.

I would like to see a mid level Goki LA, but I don't think all the necessary parts to make the DNA have dropped. All the goki spawns I know of, they are mixed in with a bunch of other stuff.

I can bury my Jealousy of your coat IF you can give me the following lands someday :

Neconu - old through to Dom - I search for these and have to hunt all sorts of pointless global sapping mobs to find one here and there. The other LA is all youngs and a few matures so a oncentrated land of the kind of nec I go far afield for in one place would make me spend a lot of time at your LA.

Hogglo - old through to dom - if the parts were found to make the ones on TI come back to life there must be more? If there is Id like a higher maturity

Big Bibo mixed with Stalker Atrax - I cant seem to find Stalker Atrax any more and a land dedicated to them would suit me - Big Bibo are good profit for me and so a nice balanced land to keep profit constant but the chance to loot something big

Edit - I will still be insanely Jealous of the coat but I will hunt my ass off on your lands

the problem with your wishlist is that this will limit the amount of hunters who will visit, and yes I am aware that some high skilled hunter spending big ammo amunts will go there, but I am still pretty sure that mid lvl maturity simply pays better for the land owners because they have a much larger target group of hunters. with that being said yes it would be awsome to get some lands with some REAL mobs on em

The Nec you should talk with Akoz about Actualy think it would be a good idea as well

Hogglo bigger than old are not that good a mob for the general public, since 90% of the hunters have a tendency to die from these

Big Bibo with Atrax Stalkers wouldn't be the best combo, alot of mid lvl players would like to hunt the Big Bibos, but wouldn't be able to take the Atrax Stalkers - And the once who can take the trax stalkers generaly don't care about the big bibos

Id lov to see big bibo with stalker atrax. would be a very nice balance. The bibos on the other LA are good but its hampered by the big mourners

Not sure if you know, but Atrax Stalker gives allmost the same damage as Atrox Stalker So generaly not something regular hunters can take

Due to popular demand (okay, Nakia and Euroman made me...) I increased the maturity on one of the Atrax DNAs on LA 04, so you can now find Atrax Old Alphas and Prowlers quite easily/
