The (L) of this BP is dropped very often when crafting simple springs amongst other BP's. I didn't even know there was a (UL) version

People say there is only 4 UL in existence and that they are all owned by mother ship owners.
Rumors say that a tt+60k offer was denied some time ago, certainly many tt+10k have been ignored.

So basically us mortals will never see one, but at that price you could never sell enough to cover the MU.
