This game has gone through so many radical changes over the years, but I think the one thing I miss the most is the jukeboxes that were scattered around towns everywhere that you could turn on and off, and when you activated them music would come out. Not only that, but you could change the entropia music to your own .mp3 files and have your own music in game in the jukeboxes.... oh and that song gamerchick.....

Who remembers the jukeboxes? I don't know why they took them out! :mad:

Afraid PA jukebox parties will be gone forever :(

Everything. I want the 2004-2006 era back (but with the current Cryengine lol).

Claim rods?
Ore veins?
No (L) items.
Worthwhile items would still drop.
Far cheaper economy, more accessible to players of all types.

Need I say more?

I want some of the iconic cities back. So many locations/TP's now have absolutely no character.

EDIT: And everything Rave mentioned lol.

gliding to rez term when dead, was really neat.

Loot... Playing without frustration and spending my deposits on apartments and useless decoration.

I want back the invisible swimming hole east of Fort Troy. Also the lake you could run underwater in between Twin and Nymphtown somewhere in the desert.

I want back ...

Solfais Crater
the old style of this location was only the building which is now at segna forest, it includes all terminals, auctioneer and technican. it was a special place, like some others in the game - they made the game more special and not looking all the same. also the mhystic feeling there ... snow, black trees without leaves, fog, it was totally great there - it was my home :)

NO (L) Armor in Loot
it is necessary to stop (L) armor to get looted. the prices for (L) armor are terrible and this destroys the profession armor crafting. also the looted BPs should be rebalanced - a lot of foot guards are missing of UL armor, or some materials to craft armor parts, for example Orca Harness (L) needs Ultra Cold Fabric ... more or less not possible to get ...

NO (L) Weapons in Loot
same here like at (L) armor above

Low Level Mob Markup :(

Last bastions (Gazz from Drones and Iron from Argo) left us not long ago :mad:

Noshneabillee

The Oilrig
The Oil Rig Art....
The Oil Rig is Closed, stay on wall...
Did I say the OILRIG!!

Selling @ BOXES
Selling @ VOTE

i miss Old pvp4, before vehicles and ce2. it was perfect....now i never mine there

"Build your future here" propaganda at Omegaton West Habitat...

The lack of super steep hills everywhere. Argus's current condition still irritates the heck out of me. Why does the east side have to be on a cliff?

arrangement of buildings that were flip flopped at vu 10

Hadeshiem...

Taming...

womhole chips being the best vehicle in game (I still think they should let those go between planets)

even though it was after vu 10, tps between planets... and auctions between planets too...

Jukeboxes would be nice to add back in... but only if they have much bigger variety of music in them...

Voting booths...

- TP runs on foot;
- PA NAZ and the ship (yes, there is the Genesis, but that's not the same);
- old Atlas Haven, Argus, Jason... hell, even the useless Hadesheim I do miss;
- badabidibaba, facial expressions and of course sitting/lying postures;

I mostly miss good old uber-eco axes from times before they removed electric dmg from them. And I also miss Hadesheim. It was a magical place with all those citizen NPCs and architecture. Btw, I often got lost in there :laugh:

Another thing I miss a lot is truly high MU on himi and bloow moss.:wise:

The huuuge quest it was to get hangars operational. Whole player base seemed to participate. Soo much excitement.

More like that!

This is really so true. Jason Centre, Fort Troy, Hadesheim, Nymphtown... All of them were all different. I totally agree that it was much more unique to have cities like that than have the generic outpost with a deluxe service center in every town now.

The original teaser video for PE showed Hadesheim alive and bustling with people. Little hover cars zooming around, people on balconies of apartments socializing, etc etc. BRING THAT BACK!

I feel like all my childhood type wonder and imagination that was tickled by the original teasers for this game have been stomped on and thrown in a city dump.

i just want the respect of mind ark back for player made investments.

this meaning investments in

LA's
space ship hangers
high end gun's
high end uber armor

all the stuff what was seen being a investment.

I miss many of the old cities: New Oxford, Hadesheim ...

The boxes at twin :silly2:

and most of all the videos on the ingame add screens. An important part of the old entropia feeling ...

One of the 1st lines in this video is "All you need is a sense of Adventure..."

I believe that is key to what is missing. We all get that sense when we go out exploring, but it is short lived.

That feeling was the whole life we had here back then ALL the time. NOW it disappears very quickly because of the feeling of being milked like a cow that replaces it.

Sure we might have deposited a lot or less back then, but the sense of adventure overshadowed the spending of the peds.

Now every move is calculated to try and keep the peds from swirling as fast down what is felt like an open drainhole.

I want that sense of Awe and fun back, not the feel of being a cog in a Company's money making machine!!! :wise:

The only thing i can say i miss is the old Eudoria continent, but i guess that mostly because i was hunting and mining more in the pre vu10 world.

thats a good point. i remember when it was an adventure to run outside PA into the swamp where there were snarg and allophyls to avoid!

I miss much that has been said, the avatars voices when talking, sitting/lying down.

Also i miss the abondoned town areas and where the hell are the Umbranoids!!?

The random robot attacks that used to happen. i remember at least one from many years ago at PA, i couldnt believe it.

And many old area that were mentioned. Hades, Nymphtown (and the surounding area)

The ghosts were pretty good too :D

Mainly though bring back the Umbranoids!!

die humanz signs at umbranoid towns, the jason mask at jason centre, the skeletons that dance for ped, the robot wreckage and dead skeletons and other remains of the great robot war, the huge tower south of fort pandora, the rig at sea (ok so that didnt really exist, but the sense that it could have been there).
It's the little details that bring an environment to life, traces of the past.
