What is the effect of enhancers on UL weapons?

I'm interested in buying a UL weapon. I don't want to mention which ones I want specifically because the price will probably go up, but right now, I would get:

72% of the max damage
3.4/10 hit ability
5.8/10 crit ability

My questions:

1. If I put skill enhancers on it, how much would the damage, hit, and crit numbers change? I used skill enhancers in mining before and I'm not sure if skill enhancers raised my skills or lowered the item's requirements.
2. Are there any recent loot studies comparing L and UL?

I'm working on a test about skillbonus from attachments. That has nothing to do with this, BUT I will use both L and UL guns and I will keep track of the loot. Its not a big actual loot study but it might give you an idea. results will be published in 1 or 2 months. (depending on RL time etc)
