Question: Where can I find soulshakers on rocktropia?

Entropedia is way out of date on this one, and the rocktropia forum isnt very active.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

If I remember right, they are around Studio Street South TP. You can always ask in #rocktropia and someone will help you there as well. Good luck!

Studio Gate TP go right and follow the road to a point not far from Mullholland TP, shoulshakers are all the way, among Mullholland's/Forum's/Stereo's/Hater's/Hustler's. Also some were not very far from City of dreams (road that goes to Studio Gate) but I don't think this spawn exist anymore, you might check aswell.
Everywhere shoulshakers are sparce and as I said with other humanoids. Always you end to hunt Forum/ Hustler/Stereo/Mullholland boys instead of them So it will be good if you have all the missions available (Stereo/Forum etc).

How to get all humanoids.

Go to Studio South Gate, kill the 3 or 4 mobs you want, drag the rest to turret to force more to spawn and get free skills. Sweat to refill hp or use tool, then repeat.
