Where is the "Add REP" option?

There once used to be an +ADD REP option for users in a thread. I cannot seem to locate it anymore.

Can anyone point it out for me please.

Yes, there are only likes now and old +reps are converted to likes too.

No Gratz button in the HoF section as well.

New forums are welcomed to step into 2020 but they didn't have to scratch the old system. It was better and unique.
