Where to find Fi/Ra/Co Cause Parts?

I have searched the web to no avail. There is very little information regarding these parts, I just bought a blueprint and was hoping to craft this.

Have you tried putting a regular Cause into a refiner?

Thank you both, after about an hour or two of searching I did end up finding it last night. I edited the wiki so no one has to go through what I went through to find it lol.
