Hey,
I would like to make a little list of mobs that are worth to hunt with P5a + A104.
For you, that got many numbers in your head about decay/regan/mobs hp and so on...

Tell me what options a really common set up got.

I'm trying to make a list what it's possible to hunt with p5a + a104 in terms of eco.
For example: Atrox young ... high enugh DPS for the trox regen and hp? is it worth it?
well... I'm trying to make a list of the mobs that it's worth hunt with this set up.

Hunting a single witch is dangerous, never mind hunting a whole mob of them.

Go for small atrax (theres a iron mission, get it) and longu (dito) and drones. If you have enough dodger, Droka mission might also be ok.
 
Which mob to hunt? Choose the ones with low or non regen and not to big HP. Depending on you evade...you need to keep you armor decay down as well

All mobs that your health and defense skills can afford to hunt, with a reasonable number of shots.

Ambu? isn't theyre health a big too big? maybe I'm wrong ^^

Yea, trying to figure out what a reasonable number of shots would be :)
 
Yes ambu has to high regen, forgot about that. The HP is no problem if the regen and hit is low even if the DPS is quite low.

For example: I can hunt big longu and small formidons with P5a without big fap or armor decay (using ghost or gremlin lvl 40 evade 208HP) but I don't find that to be efficient when it comes to cycle ped/h..
Of course bigger DPS will bring lower decay for me..but when you have some evade you decay will be low because many mobs start to miss and you HP is high enough to last trough the whole mob

It depends a lot, and is a personal preference at least to some extent. I think "time to kill mob" is more important than how many shots you used, no sense to demand the same amount of shots from a 24/minute than from a 67 / minute weapon. I find 6-10 shots / hits is about what i feel best with. But this is when I use laser carbines / kinetic attack chips that are slow, high damage weapons.
 
In term of cost to kill:
- Slow regen mobs: 300 HP to what you want.
- Fast regen mobs: 300 HP to 700 HP.

This is pretty much what your looking for right? But you will have to figure things out for your own after that, these are only but a guideline based on HP, DMG & Threat of mobs. You will have to factor in your own pro stats & gear into this list to be able to know if you can manage some of these on your own effectively. GL.

Hey, thanks a lot.
But you really have to tell me one thing: Levitharian up to mature and Atrox up to provider... with p5a + a104?
And on the other hand molisk till guardian only, I don't get it :)

If you don't want to tell me, becose I got to figure it out myself it's ok. I'm just pointing it out that there might be a mistake :)

Your original post said P5a + A104. Which is it? P4a is far weaker than P5a.

I suggest you go out there hunting and trying.. Mark gave you good list of mobs which you can try. If you feel comfortable hunting that mob with p5a then do it. Leviathan is doable, but i wouldn't feel comfortable doing it with this setup... actually I think it's pure gambling mob so Im avoiding it if I can ( I think with maxed imk2 it's possible to profit on them though) :)
Same thing with atroxes, they are doable with p5a, but I would rather choose something like mod lr32 (L) and better
 
Yes there is no mistake in my post. Almost all the mobs there I've tried with a p5a or similar dps type gun.
If your using p4a then you can forget pretty much all if not half of the mobs listed its just not possible.
Yes some mobs are gonna be tough, just find out if they are right for you to hunt & figure things out.
Things like leviathan are not recommended but it's also not impossible. I've hunted steelbirds with p5a.
Atrox provider with p5a+A104 isnt impossible just quite hard. That is still actually my limit, to provider.
Molisk Guardian with a pistol probably isnt the best option so may or may not die a few times. But try.
